March 25th – Superhero Yoga

Today the boys thought about the qualities of their favourite superhero before doing some breath work whilst thinking about their superhero mantra. We then flowed through a variety of poses including Wild Thing, lunges, Lizard and crow as we used our inner strength and focus to still our minds as we moved. We finished the session with a massage train (giving each other a massage) before coming into savasana. The boys were given a little Easter gift with a quote inside 🌈💙
